I was on hold first for 20 minutes, then hung up and dialed another number and was on hold just over an hour. It was worth it, though!

Used a TA for this trip as calling from Australia is just too hard with the time difference, cost of calls and getting the operators at Disney to understand the Aussie accent. All too hard. Booking online is great unless you want to make a change, then you have to ring and the same problems exist.

Anyway our TA was able to add FD to our existing room only booking at the Poly, which is great as we already have all our ADRs booked.

I called right at 7:00 (6:00 my time), rang through to the menu choices, went through that quickly & then got on hold, listening to the lovely Disney music...started reading one of these threads, found out you could book online. So, while still on hold, I booked my 1st choice - a Pop preferred room, 8/31-9/6, 2 adults, 7day MYW w/hopper & water parks + free dining. Done by 7:20(6:20 CDT) Switched to my email to make sure the confirm was in there, it was, so I hung up @ 6:21. I'm going to have a very merry Birthday at WDW in September!

Soooo glad the online was working, because by an hour into it, I saw on some threads that Pop preferred rooms were going, going, gone. Thank you fellow Disneymaniacs for posting the online availability!

I didn't wait at all. Called this afternoon and booked 9 nights starting Sept 19 at AKL. WOOHOO!

The guy on the phone said "I bet you already have your dining reservations, don't you?" And I said, "yes, sir. I do."

For those of you who booked on the phone at values be sure to check the disney confirmations on the website( my trip), when I booked I was told 947.06 and then when I looked online it was 1045.50 when I called they told me I was misquoted on my original call. But th same package on the webiste was 947.06 so I cancelled my original booking and rebooked online at 947.06 and now the my trip is right.

our electricity was out due to storm damage, and my cell phone only had 1 bar on it, so I didn't call until 4:00 pm CST, but I still got exactly what we wanted!!!! And I was on hold for about 2 minutes and got a super nice CM!!

Took about 40 minutes calling at 7 this morning. We got what we wanted!

All stars movies preferred room. 8-29 thru 9-6.

We booked in feb so we have been paying on it but it was over $3200 before the free dining. Talk about a savings!!!!!!
This is a wonderful start to our first resort stay!!

Mine does not either...but the email I received from Disney Destinations gave me a link to my reservation details and it IS on there...they said it could take up to 24 hours to receive it, but I had it before I hung up the phone.
