Trip Report PTR: St. Valentine's Day the Disney Way!

Yeay trip number 4

Date : 13th to 16th February 2013 (11 Days away!)
Travelling with : Aer Lingus, Dublin -CDG and then transfer with the old reliable Ezyshuttle.
We have three full days in the parks as our flight home isn't until 9.30 pm.

Staying at : 1st night we'll be in the Cheyenne.
: 2nd & 3rd night at the Sequoia Lodge.

Cast : Me, Mum, dd1 and ds. It's Mum's 3rd trip and our 4th.


As we have to go to work and school on the 13th we could only fly out at 6.10pm. It will be after 10pm when we get to Dlp so I just booked the Cheyenne for the first night B&B basis.
Then our Disney package starts the next morning
As dd has an intellectual & physical disability, I have requested a room near to hotel facilities so hopefully they come up trumps like last time when they gave us a Montana room with bunks and a fab view over lake Disney .

Dd2 isn't coming with us, she'll stay at home with Dh as I felt it would be better for the older two to be able to do all the "grown up" rides and watch the shows etc without me having to run after their little sister. We both felt that they could do with some time with Mum's undivided attention and besides..... We can bring her next time

How exciting for you! We are there at the same time, Staying at the Cheyenne and Sequioa. There are supposedly lots of things going on for Valentines so it should be an awesome trip, Sequoia is such a nice place to stay in the winter! Have you got any special meals planned?

I love the SL! Especially as we were sooooo spoiled last time we were there!

I'm booking Walts but I think for Friday instead of valentines day as I reckon it will be jammed.

Otherwise I was thinking of inventions or manhattan grill( that's the HNY isn't it?) for a treat, although the last few reports from inventions haven't been great

Have you done your meal plans done yet?

We are doing inventions on the 14th, With all the characters that will be around (hopefully) for valentines, We're hoping to catch some of the rarer ones! The manhattan sounds nice, We were hoping to visit most of the hotel bars at some point, defo going to look in the HNY!

Oooooh the thought of meeting some rare characters is very enticing, I think inventions will be getting booked too
