PTR :Our first trip to Disneyland...(if you don't count 1982/1979 as kids trips)

So we are off in 7 sleeps......just the 2 of us...to rough it for 8 nights at the Grand Californian Hotel /DVC villas.....its tough but someone has to do it

exciting times........

Ooh, so soon, lucky you! How did you get the GC villas? Do you just book them like a normal room? We are booked into a standard room there, though I am a bit worried as I have read that people say the rooms are small and dark, so I am not sure if we are wasting our money or not?

Hi Karen,

The guy behind you in your picture has an LA Galaxy top on - were you at a game?

There is a game between LA and the NY Red Bulls while we are in NYC - DH, DS and DD are planning to make the trek to New Jersey for it - the only trek that I plan to make that day is to 5th Avenue for some fabulous window shopping!!

so glad you are prepared to take on the tough job of slumming it at a dvc villa and visiting in February -- you do the rest of us proud
