If a restaurant opens at 4:00 and you have a PS at 4:05, does that mean that everyone just sat down at 4:00 so unless someone can eat in 5 minutes then you've got a long wait ? Would you be better off with a later time so that people will be coming and going at different intervals ?

No... you will be amoung the very first seated..... NOT everyone can be seated at exactly on the hour. Also, as always, you should show up 10-15 PRIOR to your ADR time. Enjoy!
