PS Question??

We will be attending MNSSHP on October 19. I was hoping to get a late seating at Crystal Palace for dinner and eat before the party starts. We won't be spending the day at Magic Kingdom and will not have Park Hopper passes. Can we eat at Crystal Palace without a ticket into the park? We will have MNSSHP tickets?
