PS for Desert ?????

Was thinking of getting a PS for Desert and maybe a snack (appetizer) to watch Illuminations at Epcot?? Can you do this and any suggestions of where??

I recommend the Rose and Crown and get the sticky toffee pudding. Get the outside seating and you get a great view of Illuminations.

While the sticky toffee pudding sounds wonderful (and I'm going to have to try it!), I'm going to have to disagree with jlambrig. The outside seating at Rose & Crown is in big demand and I really don't think it would be appropriate to take one of those tables and just have dessert. Plus, most likely you wouldn't be able to get an outside table since you would probably be arriving later than the people who are having dinner. If you just want dessert or a snack I'd suggest getting it from a counter service place (France & Norway have great desserts). Illuminations views are good all around the World Showcase.
