PS - Dining, parades ect..

Planning our trip to DL for 3d Week of July. We are booked at the GC. Hoping for any info on the type of PS (dining, parades) available and a number to call to obtain them. Also wondering if there are any don't miss restaurants (or dinner shows like Hoop De Do Review) for our family which includes an eight year old. Thanks!!!

DL doesnt have near the dining choices of WDW- and no real experiances like Hoop but Blue Bayou is great for a semi nice dinner- its got good atmosphere and pretty decent food

Goofys is the main character meal (akin to Chef Mickeys at Contemp)
