Just in case anyone was curious:
STEP ONE:
Download the myGP app (Top Left)
STEP TWO:
This is the home screen, press the little face at the bottom, second from left:
STEP THREE:
Next select "Medication"
STEP FOUR:
Your Covid Vaccines should be at the top, press the little blue circle right underneath my battery life, top right, and it will convert the file to a PDF you can upload to the third party website (Prenetics - web.projectscreen.co.uk) Disney is using for vaccine checks:
STEP FIVE:
It will look like this, and covers all the required info: your name, vaccine type, and date of both vaccines:
ALTERNATIVELY:
If you are technologically challenged, you can instead just upload a photo of the little blue card you recieved on your second vaccination, just make sure YOUR NAME IS FILLED IN, they didn't bother putting the name in either mine or my DW's card.
