Providence to Orlando $79 each way, seats still avail. for Sept.3

we just booked jet blue for the 5 of us, total $977. My Dh wanted me to check around for a better price, didn't think we could beat the $89 jet blue was offering.

South West, $79 each way Providence to Orlando, and suprisingly, there were seats still available at this price. The date I checked was Sept. 3. We decided to spend the $100 difference and go with JB because we could get an earlier flight with JB. SW was offering a 10:25am out of PVD, arriving MCO at 1:15pm. JB we leave BOS at 6:45AM arrive MCO at 9:45AM. Worth the $100 IMO.

So, I thought I would let you all know that there are still sale seats available.

Unless there's a Ding fare, that will likely be the cheapest.

Debbie - thanks - I can't believe that you are in Woodstock!! I am right over the border in RI - do you recall Annhurst College (now the Hyde Center and middle school)?? I graduated from there in 1980 - the last year they were open.

That is a terrific rate.

The best I ever did from PVD was last week - we went for $49 each way... two of us totalled $230.00 when they added all the taxes etc.

I would love to find that rate again, but until then.. $79 is our target rate!

It is so easy to get spoiled. I also had the $49 each way rate last September now $79 seems like a ripoff although it is a very reasonable price. I have no firm plans to go to WDW right now but if the $49 fares return I may be singing a different toon (pun intended). I usually take the last nonstop flight of the day going both ways. That way you wake up rested to a full day and have close to a full day at the end.

We just booked 4 tickets from PVD to MCO 8/26 - 9/1 nonstop for $545.00 total for 4 of us.

I have seen this come in Ding at least once a week recently.
