proposed reduction of visas for the US to 30 days "moth balled"

It seems the plans to only allow visitors the enjoy the US for 30 days down from the current levels have been put on hold. I'm sure all regular Brit visitors will breath a sigh of relief over this.

I wasn't aware of this...the idea was to give visitors only 30 days entry?

I would have thought with the war issue and surely the input of the people who's incomes depend on a tourist trade it's no surprise they've shelved it!

I'm so glad to hear this Vernon - My trip in Nov/Dec is 33 nights so I was concerned that I was gonna have to apply for a special VISA.
