does anyone know if there is a number i can call and get in touch with a human being directly on a proposal package instead of leaving a message and waiting for 72 hours?????

My now fiance told me later after he proposed he had some issues trying to get the proposal package for Cinderella's Royal Table. He told me that he had problems trying to get a call back and couldn't get in touch with anyone and could not find a direct # to them. He ultimately ended getting help from the conceirge at the Poly once we were down there. They normally require you book it at least a few weeks in advance, but they helped him out and took care of things after he explained he couldn't get a call back. He said he was still planning on proposing there no matter what but he really wanted everything to work out as he planned with the package. I am sure this is not always the case with them, so I do not want you to think I am trying to discourage from doing a proposal package at all. I just wanted to let you know you may need to do some hard dialing if they do not get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I would try to get a number for guest relations at the Magic Kingdom if you are doing the CRT package or the corresponding park's # to whatever package you are doing. Here is the general guest relations # for Disney: 407-824-4321. I would start there if they don't get back to you in a few days. But alot of people have had absolutely no issues with it, so you may hear soon Good luck!
