Property adjacent to VB for sale

I noticed in today's Wall Street Journal investment properties that 35 acres of land adjacent to the Vero Beach resort are for sale.The listing includes an picture showing the property is to the south of the resort as a 10 acre parcel oceanfront.And across the street is a 25 acre plot that is behind the pond and extends to Wabasso Beach Blvd.Looks like there won't be any more building from Disney at the resort if they sell the property.

Haven't seen the ad but it doesn't sound good. Although, I kind of like the size of Vero now.
