Hello-

I just wanted to share a hint on getting your fluids in that has been working for me. Propel has various flavors, but one bottle is 24 oz and is a total of 30 calories. On days I go into work, I take one with me. Around lunch I refill the bottle with plain water. By the time I get home, if I drank herbal tea for lunch, I'll have 7 glasses of water in.

:thumbsup2

I love Propel too. It seems to be the only way I can drink lots of water throughout the day. If it's not flavored I never get enough.

C_leen, thanks for the tip! however, i'm going to move this thread to the main WISH board where more folks can see it. (The Eating Healthy sub-forum is for posting/sharing recipes)

Thanks for offering the information. It is always helpful when we can get new ideas.

Is Propel just water with flavor? Any sugars or sugar substitute in it? I visited their website and didn't find anything mentioned on this.

Some of the flavored waters out there have asparatame in them, which I can't take. Others have Splenda, which makes it taste way to bitter for me.

Hi! I am new to the DIS WISH forum... I love propel but I also use the singles packets... Walmart has a "generic" propel called FulFill that is real good... it is also convenient to keep in your purse or wallet. I even use it when we go to a restaurant.... I order a glass of water and then stir the packet in. What is nice is that the mix is clear... like propel so it is easy to be discreet.
