Proof of Florida residency

I'm thinking of moving to Florida right before my cruise - has anybody used a lease agreement for proof of residency? It is one of the items mentioned needed for the discount. Was it a problem?

If it's listed as acceptable, then it is.

You may have to prove Florida residency so many days after doing the booking. When we did our first Florida resident cruise we had to fax proof within 72 hours of doing the booking I believe. You may want to call the cruise line to make sure.

We have to email our DL to them within a couple days of making reservation or the reservation will be canceled.
