Proof of ADR for CRT?

What do you need for ADR besides the ADR number? I thought I read somewhere that you are required to have the same credit card that you booked it with. I cant find that anywhere now. Is this true? I have the Disney Dining plan does that make a difference?

Just the ADR #. You won't even necessarily need that.

I booked CRT for June 4th for DS and DDIL and paid with my credit card.
They didn't need anything but a name....and that was mine too
