I used to live in Brooklyn, New York. I would pronounce it Le Cellar and I did when I made me adr's. The cm correct me, luh sell-YAY and I still say LE CELLAR. You can take the girl out of Brooklyn but you can't take the Brooklyn out of the girl.
I just called yesterday and made and ADR for La Cellar and pronounced it "lah cellur" I feel better now with this explanation, I did live in New Jersey for a few years while growing up, must be the Jersey in me
