Pronto Stroller Question

Hi there! Has anyone here heard of the Pronto Stroller and whether it would be allowed in the parks? I'm afraid it looks too much like a wagon, but am not sure if we would be allowed to bring it or not.

My guess is that would be considered a "stroller-wagon" which is specifically prohibited.
