Unfortunately I am not aware of any Universal restaurants that have those...but I do know Disney restaurants do (Sci-Fi theater at DHS comes to mind)

Yes, they're a slightly irregular cube shape clear plastic, that looks like an ice cube when it's in a drink. It has a non-replaceable battery inside, and I think you bang it to either turn a light on or to make it blink. I'm pretty sure you can buy these online or in stores somewhere...

Save yourself a ton of money, hassle and waiting by getting some from glow products (they have a dot com website by the same name). They sell them by the bunches, minimum order 8 for $1.69 each.
