Anyone currently having issues uploading test results? Sail in two days and system keeps deleting account. Friends in England are so frustrated and have called several times.

Does anyone know if we can just show up at the port with our negative test results? Not sure what to do if they continue to have issues with the online system.

We couldn't get our test results to upload today. We called and got a customer service agent who accepted them via email and loaded them for us while we remained on the call.

It is a very frustrating site to use.

Does anyone know if the it opens up 15 days at midnight UK time or is it US time. Just want to get this done. Doing the September 18th WBTA. TIA

Has anyone been able to successfully link their reservation number to their Project Screen account?
All I am getting is reservation number not found!
I emailed them and they said their systems should be updated today!
Well... today has now come and almost gone and NADA!
