Check out DisneyAuditions.com for more information on becoming part of Walt Disney World Entertainment. Keep in mind that these roles can be more difficult to come by, and many performers on property are represented by Actors' Equity Association.

What exactly does that mean by Equity?? Is it much harder than a CP or PI, how does it work??? Is the pay the same or is it by experience???

Equity is the association that represents many performers, but I'm not sure of all the details (whether or not it is a professional association where membership is required/recommended, or is just a labor group [union]). For musician positions, the recruitment process is substantially different from the College Program, is done on a needs-based fashion only, and I'd venture to say that it seems very competitive.

I did find another page on DisneyAuditions that says that one should submit a demo package to Talent Casting and Booking, here. You may want to give the Walt Disney World Job Line (407-828-1000) a call for more information.

Thank you, greatly, I will look into this.
