problems with yeti vision?

Am I the only one having problems with Yeti Vision? I have beat both episodes and when the "Prize " comes up AOL says the file is too big to open, I even tried using mt Internet Explorer browerse and nothin, Im not asking for the prize form anyone here, but asking If anyone else is having the problem? I already emailed VMK.

I've had problems too.. I was able to win a pin, and get the code, but that's about it. I've played the game over and over and over and over again, and win... then it is contacting Disney for my prize... never comes up.. just crashes! I'm getting very annoyed,and so are my daughters, who want their rooms!!!!
