Problems with Southwest Dings

The SW dings seems not to be working. I get the 'ding' notification. But when I bring up the 'Ding" window I can not access the offers. Nor can I get get any of the links on the right or bottom. The only links that work are 'about' and 'help' I attempting uninstall and re install and getting the same thing.
Any suggestions?

Awhile back I had this problem too.
What I had to do was uninstall the ding completely, then I disabled my Norton anti virus and downloaded the Ding again and it worked.

For me it was that my default browser wasn't set to internet explorer so I couldn't open the page up.
