Problems with member services phone # today?

I am trying to call to make a reservation, and the line works perfectly until you touch the "1" to be connected in order to make the reservation. It rings twice, and then...nothing. No music, no talking, just silence. But it doesn't seem to hang up on you either. So...should I just sit here and hope someone will come on the line?? I feel kind of dumb!! I was just hoping that it was just the music track that's broken!

Since it doesn't disconnect, I'd probably hold for awhile...do you have a speaker phone so you can do other things while waiting to see if someone answers? It does sound like the music track or phone queue announcement is offline.
