Problems with MDE

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I'll try.

I have some inconsistencies with my tickets between MDE online and in the app. For our next stay in June, we bought 14 Day Hopper tickets from Disney UK, they also include Memory Maker. I added the tickets to MDE as soon as I had the serial numbers and that worked fine. When I logged into MDE online today, I noticed that it said we don't have any tickets yet and when I go into the submenu for the tickets, indeed, there is nothing there, but Memory Maker is there. If I open MDE in the app, all the tickets are there, even an older 10-day Hopper with no expiration, which still has some days left on it.

Is this normal?

Speaking of the 10-day pass. Is there anything I have to do to make sure admission is not taken from the non-expiring 10 day pass but instead of the 14 pass which will expire end of 2021? Or will the turnstiles recognize they need to use the expiring ticket first?

Then there is also another issue, from a previous trip, I have 2 friend in my "Friends & Family" list which I would like to remove for the time being. I deactivated their Magic bands and there are no active plans for them, but when I select to remove them from my list, that friends with active plans cannot be removed. Those people haven't been at WDW for several years and don't plan on going any time soon, so what active plans is the system referring to?

Yes, very common. There are lots of older threads where people discuss the issues they have with the various Disney IT applications. Something will show in one place, but not another. Or one day something is missing then suddenly reappears.

1. Yes. Stop at any Guest Relations at WDW BEFORE you go into your first park and have them set the PRIORITY so that the right ticket will be used.
2. Don’t trust that to happen correctly.
3. Call Disney to remedy that for you.

I don’t know anything wrt your pass issues, but we had similar MDE problems in the past. One call, albeit a rather long one to a very helpful and friendly CM, did the trick. She found several issues related to conflicting sharing info and multiple email addresses for the same family members that had piled up from our previous trips. It took about a half-hour for her to find and fix all the problems, but now everything is perfect. I suspect that a telephone call to CM can do the same for you.
