Problems with dark queues?

I walked into a wall in the Mummy. I couldn't believe how dark it was.

Almost as bad - I walked right into a rope and hit it so hard, I had a bruise across by stomach and hips! Nearly flipped right over it! Now I just turn on my cell and shine it on the floor so at least I can see where I'm stepping.
