Problems with CR

I have not been reimbursed from CR for cash-outs. Anyone else have problems?

Chris is very fast to credit the points but getting paid has not gone well for me lately. I cashed out for $10DD in December. Sent an email to Chris, he said wait a few more weeks. I waited and sent another email, he said they were shipped weeks before. Doesn't make sense. I thought they were lost in the mail, so I decided to redeem only for Web Certificates and cashed out at the end of Jan and still have not received them, even though they say they were processed.
 
I can't answer about the $DD, b/c I've always gotten mine very quickly from CR. As for the Webbies, I know that Chris batches them and that it can take up to a month to get yours if you cashed in just after he did a batch.

If the status of your reward says that it has been processed, it only means that Chris has determined that all of your points are legitimate and that you had a sufficient number to cashin for the reward you've chosen.

I would give it until the end of February for the webbie. If you have any questions, you can always post them on the CR forums. Chris is very good about answering there.
 
I cashed out for for $10DD in December as well and I got mine within a week and a half. I thought it was very quick! Sorry to hear that your reward hasn't arrived yet ... One thing I did notice with the envelope was that it was a plain white envelope and very easy to see through. There was nothing wrapped around the DD$ and if someone held it up to the light, they would probably think it was regular cash.... It made me a little uncomfortable :(
