problems making Reservations

I found a reservation I really wanted, I had to cancel one I already had that that time. I hit next after payment then my screen goes white. It won't refresh. I didn't get the reservation and when I looked it up again it was gone. Luckily the one I canceled was not canceled. Have anyone else had this problem.

The WDW website does have its glitches sometimes. I got the "white page" last year when I was trying to cancel and rebook fastpass+. Come to find out, it did cancel and rebook for me but, it never took the ones I canceled off of my MDE page. I kept thinking that maybe the glitch was going to let me have 4 but it did not. It just showed 4. The best thing to do is to call them and see if they have your reservation dates that you want open. If the dates are opened they can immediately book the new one and cancel the old. That way you know for sure what happened during your white screen. Like I said, it does not always show up correctly on MDE. Good luck!
