Problems making ADR

I have been trying to contact Narcoosees for about two weeks to try to make an ADR for a party of 8. I've called the restaurant directly and the turn around time is supposed to be 2 days. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have no personal experience, but is that what the dining line told you to do - contact the restaurant directly?

In any case, I would call back to the dining line and explain the situation and see if they can help in a different way.

Oops, sorry, I didn't realize you have to call the restaurant for a party of 8.

That is the correct way to book a party of that size at Narcoossee's. It goes onto a voice mail and they eventually call you back.
They have some odd rules for larger parties, and its because of their inability to pull tables together in that restaurant.

Keep calling, and trying. I've had luck in late afternoon.
