Problems linking old ticket to My Disney Experience.

I have an old non expiry ticket with 1 park day and 3 water park days left on it. I was unable to link it to my account online and to contact customer service at the resort or park to have it linked. I was able to link other ticket to the account. If I wait until then I would not be able to get any FP+ for that day. Would the call centre be able to help if I phoned them?

Mmm paper or not paper? Sometimes the system does it and sometimes it doesn't. Usually what you would have to do is get them converted to the green rfid media and then link it. You could always secure your fp and the concierge/guest relations can help you with getting a matching one. Right now the only they can not give out is FEA

Only one way to find that out. If it's a paper ticket you have to wait. If it's an electronic and just on the wrong account or person they might be able too.
