Problems in payment system

I have been trying to pay for my reservation for the past 5 days, as PIF date is approaching, but payments are not processing. I tried paying with my FCC, as well as credit cards. I tried online and on the app. nothing is going thru. I get a " System unable to process at this time. please try again later" message.

I emailed DCL but no response, calling is pointless due to wait times (499 minutes) as well as it would be very expensive (international call).

Wondering if anyone knows what's going on and if there is a solution to not miss the PIF date.

Did you book with a TA or directly through Disney? If it was with a TA payment goes through them. If Disney...ug...so sorry. Try different browsers? Disney IT is horrible...
 
Unfortunately, I booked directly through Disney. I tried different browsers and the Navigator app. nothing seems to be working.

I finally got thru (half an hour ago) via phone +1 800-951-3532, waiting less than 5 minutes.
The trick is actually to choose the option to make a new booking, they answer very quickly when you do.
The agent told me first that my reservation was "locked" that might be why it was not processing, so they had a supervisor unlock it, I still paid by phone (didn't want to risk anything since I finally got them on the phone).

It took 6 days to answer emails and their response was to call.

Glad that's over with.

Awesome! That's great . . . Reminds me of trying to get my retirement funds from Australia. I kept emailing and they would email me back and tell me to call a number (like an 800 number) that could only be called INSIDE the country. Even when I wrote I CAN'T USE THAT NUMBER - I AM IN THE US, that was their answer. You'd think in this day and age we wouldn't still be relying on phone calls and lots of paper receipts. Frustrating. Over here there's a huge shortage of workers - restaurants only doing take out or drive up because they can't get servers. Small shops totally out of business. Anyway, glad you got through!!! Have a relaxing phone-free cruise!

We cannot thank you enough for sharing this suggestion. We've been trying for days to pay the balance of an upcoming cruise.
