Problems cancelling onlinesupplier.com

Has anyone been able to get a hold of anyone at onlinesupplier.com (SR offer for online auction starter kit) to cancel an account. I get the starting message that all agents are busy blah blah please hold and then the line cuts off every time :furious: I sent an e-mail but I think this is one I am going to have to dispute thru my cc!!!

Anyone have any hints on how to cancel this one???
 
I couldn't get a hold of anyone either so I used the form on the website to contact them told them I couldn't reach anyone by phone and I would like to cancel and provided them with my address and phone number (the email and name is already part of the form). And they emailed me back a cancellation number. It was pretty quick as well I rec'd a response same day. Here is the form I used http://www.onlinesupplier.com/contact_us.php the response came from that email address as well so you know what to look for.

Haygan - did you ever manage to get your account cancelled through them? I haven't been able to get them on the phone, I did the form on 3/11 but haven't heard from them, and I sent an email to help@onlinesupplier.com (the email they give you on the phone recording) this morning but haven't heard back.
 

I cancelled on 3/12/07 and put the speaker phone on for 25 min next to me while I typed on the computer. Someone eventually answered and I cancelled immediately. Good luck.

I did get an e-mail response finally from them so it better be cancelled!

I canceled via e-mail with them and was still charged on my credit card - $49.95. I just e-mailed today (tried to call the 1800 number, to no avail) and asked that my account be canceled and the charge be reversed since I canceled within the proper time frame.

I'll let you know what happens!

Ugh, I'm beginning to really regret doing this offer. I haven't gotten them on the phone (keep getting cut off), they haven't responded to my emails, and haven't responded to the form on their site. I guess I'll just keep trying.

ETA: Now, after their recording, I just get a busy signal. THEY STINK!! (Can you all tell that I'm frustrated with this company, lol!)

Edited AGAIN, lol: OK, Now they don't stink so bad anymore, hehe. I just rechecked my email and they've processed my cancellation. I received a response from them, as well as a cancellation email that contained a cancellation number. Hopefully I don't get charged.
 
I thought about doing this one. But you guys are making me nervous about it. I have no pending cancellations now. I did ALOT of signups that past 2 weeks and took a breather to make sure everything got cancelled. I returned that last thing today. Should I do this one or not?? THAT is the question..... I think I will try it....I think.....:confused3

Do it! Quite honestly I didn't have any problems. The only minor issue I had was I couldn't reach anyone by phone but they responded to my email same day and sent me a cancellation confirmation. It was not a big deal at all.
 
Okay, I tried to do this one, but it says my phone number is already with an account. Does that mean I have done this offer before? :confused3 If I did, it would have been quite a while ago....I do not remember it. I guess I need to keep better track of my offers.
