Problems buying AP with ce-multiavnatges

I have tried to pay now with 3 different bank cards all of which are being declined yet the banks have no record of this. Has anyone else experienced this?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues. I bought from them on 2 different occasions and had no problems at all with paying?

You could email them to ask if there is a problem their end with their payment site/vehicle they use.

My mastercard got declined twice, so I used my visa debit card to pay for the APs.

I did phone my mastercard bank to query this and they didn't know why it got declined.....it did get debited twice on my mastercard! I had to get them to dispute the transactions as ce multiavantages said they couldn't refund me as the transaction was showing as declined on their systems. They were happy for me to dispute it with my bank!

It did get sorted in the end and I redeemed my temporary APs into Dream passes in the park 2 weeks ago.
