I have "DING" installed on my computer and have not been having problems until recently. Every time a "DING" pops up and I click on it this is what the message reads...We are currently unable to complete your request due to an undefined error. If this is the first time you have seen this message, please go back and try again. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative for assistance at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).
Has anyone else had this problem? If so what is the fix for it? I have rebooted my computer but that didn't help.
