Problem with MDE

I got up at 4:30 this morning to snag an ADR at BOG for lunch. I was able to get it but I haven't gotten a confirmation email. I did get the confirmation email for 1900 PF. I keep trying to log into MDE but it says its unavailable and keeps sending me back to the log in page. I did take a picture of the screen with my reservation number. Do you think I really got it? My niece really wants to go here which is why I got it
 
If you have a confirmation number then you have it. For some reason there has been quite a bit of lag between completing the reservation in the system and receiving a confirmation email. I have seen it take over an hour before. Give it some time. If MDE is down then it could be that the email hasn't been able to send yet. As long as you eventually see it in MDE you are good, even if you never get the confirmation email.
 
Use the App on your phone! I did that this morning to book all of my ADR's, and it worked perfectly. My e-mail confirmations came up immediately after. I also was having trouble with the mde site on my computer.

I tried phone and it wouldn't work as well, however, it did finally show up on the phone app
