has anyone experienced this?

I am registered on the site, but have only logged on once, the day that I registered. I am trying to log on again today but it is taking me to the registration screen and asking me to enter my user id and pin - I have entered these, but presumably because they are already registered it won't accept them. I can't find anyway to get to the screen where I just enter my userid and password and log direclty in, I am just always being taken to the registration screen.

Any suggestions??

IF you are using your original ID and pin sent to you in the mail, it will only accept those on a first time registration. To access it now, you need your email and the personal pin you created.

The same thing was happening to me; I tried a few things, but still couldn't log on. I have Mac'Afee(sp) for internet security: I had to disable my privacy settings to log on to DVC. I hated doing it, but that worked.

I had my username and password that I set up, but what i didn't have was anywhere to enter them, Everytime I clicked on 'Members Only' I was getting sent to the registration page, which I didn't need to do.

What I eventually did was go to Disney's main Guest Services Page and log into my account that way - that seems to have created a cookie which is allowing me into my DVC account now.

Hmmm, that IS different! Haven't heard that problem before.

when the member only came up for me - after I have had not been on for a while on one side was the new entry - but on the other side of the same page was userid and password.

so I assumed it worked that way for you.

Glad you got into it!!!

Are you going directly to www.dvcmembers.com or linking from another web site? That always takes me to the proper login screen.

Here's the direct link to the login page. http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/register/guestLogin?id=GuestLoginPage

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I suddenly was brought to the registration page where they asked for my original pin that DVC sent me instead of the usual log-in page. I finally ended up calling MS and they re-set it for me since I have no idea what the original pin was now.

One thing to watch out for...once you do get in, make sure that you're still registered to receive email notifications. I missed a few emails before I realized that I was no longer registered due to the problem with the site.

Good luck~!

This is happening to me as well. I set up my account in the spring when I purchased and have accessed the web site from my home computer. Lately I have tried to access it from the office and I get this problem. I am putting in the correct login name and password, it just thinks I am new. I have contacted them for help, but have received none so far (typical).

I moved last week, so my computer at home is not hooked up yet, but I was thinking that perhaps it is cookied...

You are not alone in your frustrations!

I've been getting the same thing lately. It won't accept my password even though I know it by heart and haven't changed it.

I can't get in tonight either. It keeps on telling me to put in my user name and password ( they haven't changed in 3 years) and then to re-enter??? I wanted to put in my ME info.

Disney is updating the web site, wait a couple of days and than sign in,this worked for me.

Same thing happened to me this morning and I was in it yesterday.

I just got in this morning. No problems except that when I log in, a message says the page I am trying to access is unavailable. If I click members only, though, it takes me to my information and it's just like before.

I've been able to access with no problems.

However, unless I completely missed it before which is very possible, you can now Bank your points online. It could be that Disney was updating the site to include this feature and that's why many seem to be having problems.

I finally got in this morning, but now can't get into the AP website. Looks like lots of Disney computer issues going on right now.
