Problem with Disney Visa....check your statement too!!!

I have a few trips/deposits that are part of the 6 months interest free promo on my bill. I paid off one promo balance that was due to expire at the end of February with my last payment. Instead of applying the payment to pay off that entire promo balance that was expiring in February, they paid off only part of it and then another promo balance that didn't expire until April. So now i have $1,000 that was unpaid on the promo balance that expired at the end of February!!!!

I called and supposedly they are fixing it and I am not going to be responsible for any interest charged. Of course they said that it may take a few statements for the charges to be fixed . They used some excuse about all of the new federal regulations they are dealing with recently and a change in their system .

I just want to warn everyone to check their bills too.

I am experiencing the exact same thing. It is so frustrating and completely their fault. I have been given nothing but the runaround!
