Problem with Creation Rewards

My shopping purchase thru their site didnt credit so I left message 2 weeks ago and received no reply

Now the last few days I cant log on and I have been a member for many years

I left 2 more messages and still no reply.

Any suggestions?

None of my points from the purchases I made for Christmas have credited, not has the 750 bonus points that were suppose to credit on January 15th. I haven't emailed them yet, it's really a pain and I just haven't had the time.

I did get "kicked out" once because they said I send one of their emails to SPAM, which I swear I didn't do. I couldn't log in and took awhile to get them to tell me what was going on.

I am still waiting for a response after 3 E-mails and a week and 1/2 later.
I did receive an auto response that said 72 hours but that is long past
Maybe thay are out of town?
Of course I have enough to cash out but cant

I just spent the last 2 hours getting all my info together and sending inquiries about purchases I made in December and have not been credited for and for 2 purchases they they only gave me points for 1 item on the order (when there were actually 3 items on each order). I'll post if I hear from them.

I think after I get these points I'm going to cash out for Paypal and then just close the CR account. They have become too much trouble and I'm doing much better with QR. I'll stick with MyPoints too for my Landry's giftcards!

I finally got a response and I am now able to sign back on
They still have not responded to why my shopping purchase has not been credited
But I am hoping I will hear something soon

CR worked perfectly for me when I had to email them proof of purchase for credit. Now that it is "automatic" most transactions never credit. I have reduced my activity there to one merchant that has been crediting with no problems, but now even those purchases don't credit. Plus, they no longer have Disney Dollars, so basically I am done with them.

They owe me about 2,000 points. If I can ever get those credited, I'm done with then too.

Looks like they corrected the one that I was credited not enough points for. But still have heard nothing about the transactions I haven't been credited at all for. Plus the 750 bonus points for the holiday special thingie (for making 5 purchases through CR). I am so done with them but I want my points first! I could have usend QR or Mypoints but I was greedy and used CR for those bonus 750 points.

I am still waiting for at least a response why points have not credited or that they are checking into it.
Not responding is poor customer service in my opinion

Im also waiting for points to credit! It took over a week to get back to me, then they said they would check and make sure i got my points. Its been about 2 weeks, and i still dont have my points!

I got credited for one of the 4 I asked about (Old Navy). Still waiting for 3 more.....plus the 750 points bonus.

I just received an e-mail saying to click on there shopping credit transaction history
When I did that it showed I did a bunch of Opinion Surveys (which I never did)
for 140 points each (which I never got nor expected too) and all where from February 2010 (which of course is not even here yet)
Site wont show any of my actual clicks from Jan and last year
I left ANOTHER e-mail with the shopping confirmations & letting them know the shopping history has a problem
Lets see how long this take this time-I will keep you posted
