Problem with correct amount of points

I was talking to member services yesterday and had an issue about my banked points.
What it showed online versus what they were telling me.
After an hour with the cast member it's still was not clear as to when my banked points expire. As she could not make any reservations in 2019.
Who do I email??

We keep our own tracking sheet because MS can make mistakes. We have also had what we see not match what MS sees. After reporting the error, they had IT fix the issue but I still don't trust them.

In order to answer about banked point expiration we need to know your UY and exactly when in 2019 you wanted to make a reservation.

If the concern is about actual point differences - ie your records show 100 points and MS says it's only 90 points then you're stuck working with them to figure it out.

Remember that UY is all about the dates of your stay and not when you can call to book. So if the dates of the stay in 2019 fall after the banked pts expire, then you will be out of luck.
 

I banked some of my 2018 pts into my 2019. My use year is June.

Those banked points can be used for reservations that start June 1, 2019-May 31, 2020. With the 11 month window that is currently at check in 7/31/18 or earlier it's a 2 months time frame you can currently book with them.
