Problem with confirming ADRs online...

I tried to make ADRs online this morning at 3, but long story short, I ended up calling them all in at 7. I was never asked for a phone number, but I did have to give my name, resort, home address, and arrival date. I

got no confirmation email, and upon calling back, was told I could not be sent one. I asked which phone number was connected, knowing it was home or cell, and got no real answer.

I have put both numbers in the space for a phone number on the online ADR retrieval page, and get this error code: E02020217100. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
 
For each ressie you made, the CM should have given you a confirmation number. What phone numberv was on your hotel reservation? That should be the one they used.

I have the confirmation # for each one, and tried both numbers I put on the hotel reservation.
 
It's the system, not you. The CM I talked to this morning said that Disney is working on the problem of not being able to retrieve the reservation numbers. That E...message is the same error code I've been getting for two days--I even tried to retrieve my ressie through My Vacation and the message said that the system couldn't pull it up right now.

We have one ADR in my dh's name and we got an email for that one immediately (not linked to the reservation number, obviously, since it wouldn't recognize it). I think it's just the whole system.

Thanks. I figured it had to be a system error after confirming my phone numbers with a CM, but no one could give me any straight answers. Did I read in another thread that you were one of the lucky ones who got Le Cellier CP for December?
 
No, it wasn't me, but we did get Le Cellier for lunch and Rose & Crown for CP in December. I didn't try for LC for dinner so I don't know if it would have been available or not.
 
Gotcha. Looks like we arrive on the same day! Where are you staying, if you don't mind?
