Problem Updating Online Check-in

I already completed my online check-in and now I want to change my room request. It allows me to edit but after saving it and then going back in, my changes aren't saved. Has anyone ever had this problem? Should I just try again another day? We don't check-in until April 10 so I have time!

You have to call. There's no way to edit your requests online.
 
I was able to go in and change it once before after completing the online check-in. I can still go in and make new selections, but it's not saving my changes this time around. There's an 'edit' link to the right of the room request section that will activate the drop down menu choices.

That option was broke during their latest "upgrade" to the system. No word on whether it will be fixed or brought back. So for now, you'll have to call.

As @dansdad stated you can not do it online at this time.
 
Sigh. Thanks. Since I still have time, I'll give it a couple of weeks. If it still doesn't work, I guess I'll have to call
 
Yes! I'm having the same problem! Did calling help? I'm waiting now....

I tried a several times the last few weeks and couldn't get it to save my changes. Ended up calling this weekend and got my requests changed. Now when I log into MDE, my original online requests have been removed.

What number did you call? No one was able to help me and I called twice...
