Problem retrieving dining reservations?

I was online today making sure all my dining reservations are in order and my Ohana dinner for Sunday, Feb. 27th won't come up. Luckily I saved the email confirmation they sent me when I made the reservation, but when I enter the info it won't show. Has anyone ever had the experience? If I print out the email confirmation will they honor it even if it is no longer showing in their system? This is the only request my daughter made for our trip and I would hate for it not to work out!

I've had the same issue. I've generally closed out my browser and logged in again and they were there. I've also tried searching for one the reservations by the confirmation number and it will then pull them all up. I had the issue last year with one reservation, I just kept my numbers with me and had no problem when I gave the number to the hostess. They were able to find me. I think Disney stores them in multiple places and just because it's not online does not mean the reservation is not held. I think I have seen a message to that effect on Disney's site too.
