Problem Making Dining Reservations

We are within the 60 day window for dining ADRs. I’ve been trying to make a few but haven’t been successful. On the App, it shows the times available but when I select a one, I get an error on the bottom of the screen that says “Please try again. We are having problems loading this page”. Anyone else having this problem?

Have you tried making them at the website? I did all mine on the MDE online, no problem.

Yeah, MDE does this all the time to me. The most frustrating time is when I'm in the park trying to make one.

Using the website vs the app seems to always do the trick!

I took a trip the first week of August and started having this problem about a week before we left. Prior to that we booked a bunch of stuff no problems. For us, it was happening on all 3 of our iOS devices (both me and my wife phone and our iPad). The first few times I assumed we were trying to book hard to get reservations and someone was snagging them before us but it basically happened with every single reservation we tried making and I ended up trying through the browser on the website and that would work fine.

The real killer for us was it also happened with Rise of the Resistance in Hollywood Studios. When we would try to get a boarding group it gave us the same error every time

I actually went to Guest Services to try and get help and they called some folks and suggested the basics (reboot phones, delete and reinstall app, make sure you have latest version). None of those things solved the problem for us and they ultimately couldn't help us. I hope they fix it - I can deal with the dining reservations having to go through the website but the Rise of the Resistance part was pretty soul crushing.

Thanks everyone! I was able to get a couple dining reservations booked on the website. Couldn't get everything. Times available were not what we were looking for. Even the website wasn't consistent. I would do a search and get no availability. Search again and times would display. Very frustration. I too hope they fix the problem.
