Anyone else having a problem faxing their site request?

I fax, then call to confirm. If the fax doesn't go through, then on the confirmation call they take down the information instead. It is just that simple.

Yes, you are right. It is simple to fax however when I do I get an error report. Sorry if my question bothered you. I was just wondering if anyone else was having a problem.

I will be faxing in my request on Monday morning to 407-824-3508 (we arrive on Saturday, so this is the right day to fax, right?). What number should I use to confirm that they received it, and how early in the morning can I call them? I usually leave for work around 7:15 and will be faxing just before then.
