Does anyone take a probiotic? If so, which one? I am currently taking Florastor (http://www.florastor.com/) but at $30 a bottle, the price is becoming a factor. I really like how I feel on it, but if I could find a good substitute for cheaper, would be great.

You can get plain acidopholous. I take Bio-K.....It's not cheap but you also don't need it every day unless you are feeling rundown or sick and are super boosting your immune system.

As far as I know, Culturelle has been the only pill-form probiotic that has been study and proven to survive through the GI tract. I've read several pieces of literature that state if you are going to take one, this is the one to take.

I wouldn't say it's cheap. I believe it is about $20 for a 30 day supply.

I take culturelle as well. It's good stuff... sometimes the grocery store pharmacy has it on sale... I've also seen it at walmart.
