I'm trying to find information from a thread of about a year ago that was entitled something like, would you send your child to this school. The school was a very open curriculum, K-12 and was located in the New England area, I think Mass, but I don't know if that's exactly correct. Help, if you remember it or know the name. Everything was discovery, it was pretty much all exploratory type learning...sort of out there by traditional standards...

I see your from PA. Did you check out the Kimberton Waldorf school?
I think they have a similar type philosophy that you are describing.

Honestly, there are a ton of private schools around here, both boarding and day schools. This seems like a good website to check them out. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Good luck! :)

It was Sudbury Valley School - I remember the discussion because DH went there. He's 50 years old now, and STILL raves about the education he received there.
