Private Message pop-up

I looked in the FAQ and read through the threads and could not find the answer (really I did!!)

Someone sent me a Private message... when the pop-up asked if I wanted it opened in another window I said Yes...

So I have read the message and answered the person, deleted the message... and I am still getting the pop-up box.... It happened 3 times, then the person signed-off completely and it stopped.

What did I do wrong? or how can I fix it..

That's odd, and I haven't heard of it before. Let me know if that happens again, and I'll see if I can find an answer. May just have been a glitch.

Same sorta thing happened to me tonight. For every 1 actual PM, I got 3 pop-ups as well! Figured one was for receipt but, nothing about receipt shows up when I open.

I'm still trying to figure out these new options, as well! ie: B, I, U, I know what they mean but haven't been able to use correctly yet; Size, Font, Color, I've had some success with using only 1 at a time, would like to know how to use more than 1 item at a time!

Enjoying the new board but, still testing!

I get the opposite problem, I don't get notified about 1/3 of the time.... limited number of opportunities so far though.

I had multiple pop ups too last night. Haven't PM'd anyone today.

I am still getting the multiple pop-ups. I am even using a different ISP this time. (First was on AOL using AOL browser and now using IE5 on Verizon)

I think it may have something to do with using the "Back" button on the browser??
