Private dining?

I've heard murmurings of "Private Dining" at the Grand Floridian -- I think I remember a private dinner on the beach being mentioned. I'm curious about this -- does anyone have details? Or prehaps know if guests staying in other resorts can take advantage of this, or if it's offered at other resorts? (I'll be at the Boardwalk)
