Private Affair at Hilton Head

Please could someone explain to me what this is/how it works and how far in advance you have to book!?!!

Also, on a more general note, does anyone have an e-mail address for HH resort?

Last I heard, this has been discontinued. It was not available this past summer during our trip in August.

Sadly, A Private Affair is no longer offered at the resort. It was a wonderful program and well worth enjoying, but has been discontinued due to changes in the schedule of Chef Gordon at the resort.

He still offers some wine tasting and cooking programs, but is not able to do the private dining any more.

We weren't able to do this on our last trip June 05....I was so disappointed. It really was a highlight to our prior trip.
