I made the foolish mistake of trying to sign up for this one. I entered my Simon account information and I got the message that it couldn't be processed and to call the 800#. I called and the guy (of course he was Indian and I couldn't really understand him that well) said he couldn't find it and to give him my cc#. I was like um no, so I figured we'll just forget about it and I won't do that one. I checked my Simon account balance and they charged me not once, but twice for that!!! :mad: So, I called them up and spoke to a different woman and she couldn't find anything, so she told me to print out a copy of my account sheet and fax it to them and they'll search for it and cancel it for me within 7-10 business days!!! :mad: So, I called Simon to ask them about this and they said that the $2 ($1 for each charge) will come back onto my card w/in 5 business days and if they try to take $20 out each month (I guess it would be $40 since they charged my 2X), it'll bounce back to them and they won't be able to do that. Thank goodness for the Simon card!:love: So, now I've got to fax this stupid paper to them and keep calling them EVERY day until it's fixed! Ugh, just a word to the wise, unless you want a hassle don't do this one. Of course I'm sure there are some of you who've done it and havne't had any problems, just my luck! hahahha
