Privacy Matters on CD

I made the foolish mistake of trying to sign up for this one. I entered my Simon account information and I got the message that it couldn't be processed and to call the 800#. I called and the guy (of course he was Indian and I couldn't really understand him that well) said he couldn't find it and to give him my cc#. I was like um no, so I figured we'll just forget about it and I won't do that one. I checked my Simon account balance and they charged me not once, but twice for that!!! So, I called them up and spoke to a different woman and she couldn't find anything, so she told me to print out a copy of my account sheet and fax it to them and they'll search for it and cancel it for me within 7-10 business days!!! So, I called Simon to ask them about this and they said that the $2 ($1 for each charge) will come back onto my card w/in 5 business days and if they try to take $20 out each month (I guess it would be $40 since they charged my 2X), it'll bounce back to them and they won't be able to do that. Thank goodness for the Simon card! So, now I've got to fax this stupid paper to them and keep calling them EVERY day until it's fixed! Ugh, just a word to the wise, unless you want a hassle don't do this one. Of course I'm sure there are some of you who've done it and havne't had any problems, just my luck! hahahha
