I was wonder with PS do you get 60+_ (like how WDW has 90+10) or do you have to call every day on the 60 day mark?

They don't have the 60+ at the DLR, so you'd have to call at each 60-day mark. You can also wait for the last one, and make all the priority seating arrangements at that time.

We just waited for the last day and made them all. Even if we decide not to use them we have them.

Restaurants at Disneyland don't fill up at the 60-day mark like they do at WDW - if you wait until you are 60 days from the last day of your trip and make them all then you will be just fine. You could probably wait until 30 days out and get everything you want!
